Our pistachio topping brings the flavour of the cream to a pourable, ready-to-use sauce. 20% pistachios, sugar, sunflower oil and skimmed milk give a smooth, homogeneous sauce with the typical green colour and a sweet, balanced taste with delicate milky notes. It flows at room temperature, needs no heating and holds its shape on cold desserts. Shake well before use.
