Half of this jar is nuts: 45% peanuts and 5% pistachios, blended with sugar, skimmed milk and a palm-oil-free mix of sunflower oil, cocoa butter and extra virgin olive oil. The peanut gives it body and a warm roasted note, the pistachio adds aroma and colour. With 16 g of protein per 100 g it is one of the most nutritious sweet spreads in our range.
