This premium cream is made with 45% pistachios – almost half the jar – blended with sugar, skimmed milk and a palm-oil-free mix of sunflower oil, cocoa butter and extra virgin olive oil. Dense, aromatic and deeply nutty, it is the cream we recommend to pastry chefs and to anyone who wants the most pistachio possible in a spread.
